The Dynamic Placement Engine is the software that provides the functionality of the DQM Publisher Module. It requires implementation of the BrightPlanet Text Engine, and then provides the capability to create an information portal that publishes the results contained in the text engine to a large community of individuals who need to find information from an easy, "pre-found" body of documents.

The Dynamic Placement Engine includes the functionality of the Publisher Module's Management Center, and can be integrated into an custom application for harvesting, vetting and organizing document information into both a subject tree (or taxonomy) structure for browsing, as well as a free-form keyword/metadata search across a potentially large body of information.

Application Program Interface

The Dynamic Placement Engine API is a comprehensive set of calls, written in Java. If needed, the Dynamic Placement Engine can be distributed across multiple servers, as needed to accommodate the document and user volumes you anticipate for your application.
