BrightPlanet provides training to all new customers as part of the product purchase.  Training is provided using telephone conferencing and the Internet.  Each user is able to follow the lesson on his/her own computer screen in real time and to interact with the instructor and other students in the lesson.

On-site training is also available at additional cost.  However, telephone/Internet training has proven highly effective and economical for BrightPlanet's customers.  Concepts are easy to grasp and interaction with the instructor and other users provides the benefits of the traditional classroom environment.

BrightPlanet is also experienced in curriculum development and "training the trainer" sessions where the customer desires to conduct training on their own.
